Specific Goals for the Course
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Analyze the basic issues of wireless and mobile communications. (Student outcomes: 1)
Compute the capacity of a mobile network based on given frequency. (Student outcomes: 1)
Choose a suitable standard for a given wireless LAN based on given specifications. (Student outcomes: 1)
Use analytic or simulation techniques to evaluate a wireless or mobile network. (Student outcomes: 2)
Work in a team to deliver a working prototype of mobile or wireless components or system. (Student outcomes: 5)
